Matching Gift Challenge

Camp H-Town is thrilled to announce that the Virginia B. Toulmin Foundation has stepped forward with a matching gift challenge to inspire individuals to help Camp H-Town at this critical time. The Toulmin Foundation will match every dollar contributed to Camp H-Town up to $50,000 until spring of 2021.

“We are honored and grateful to receive this vital support for our organization that provides an urban camp for kids battling cancer.” says Tom Segesta, President of Camp H-Town. “The Toulmin Foundation’s leadership ensures that Camp H-Town can come out of this crisis ready to continue our mission of providing kids ages 8-14 who are living with cancer a fun and safe camp setting at no financial cost to the campers’ families.”

Mrs. Toulmin once said, “I have always had a soft heart, maybe too soft at times, I don’t like to see people hurting or in distress. That is exactly why I became a nurse.”

Virginia was a devoted healthcare professional, who loved children and dedicated her life to helping others. She would have adored a camp like Camp H-Town and would only want to help sustain it during this extraordinary time.

Therefore, the Virginia B. Toulmin Foundation has announced a $50,000 matching grant to Camp H-Town to help sustain its general operations and continue to provide support for children throughout this unprecedented time.  Donations to the Camp will be matched dollar for dollar, up to $50,000.

Dinner/Dance Party at the House of Blues (WEDNESDAY)

The best, Best night of my life, The best, Best party ever

The BEST thing about Camp H-Town is:

They are always confident.
Meeting new people. People here are cool. The people, new friends, and counselors.

My favorite moment this year is:

New friends. New people. New Counselors, and friends.
When I got there.
